​Our client, a leading top 100 law firm, are growing out their Energy Infrastructure practice. Due to exceptional and constant growth, numerous Projects Lawyervacancieshave become available across their UK offices.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Projects Solicitor with experience who is looking for a long-term career move with a route to partnership on offer. You can develop and enhance your knowledge of the law and skills in such an innovative sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support on the delivery of market leading PFI/PPP projects

  • Provide contract management advice through the construction and operational periods of signed PFI/PPP projects

  • Advise on commercial contracts across the broader infrastructure and energy sectors

  • Have client contact and responsibility appropriate to your knowledge and expertise

  • Undertake negotiations and client meetings

  • Receive support, training and development by senior members of the team

  • Develop your marketing and business development skills

Requirements:

  • Around 6+ years' PQE with either private practice or in-house experience

  • Experience of working in a team and coordinating advice with fee earners from other disciplines

  • Knowledge of key areas of the law and the ability to deliver clear, precise and practical advice

  • Experience of supervising junior team members

  • Ambitious, committed, ability and interest in growing business

  • A passion to learn, enthusiasm and the desire to excel as a lawyer

  • Strong technical skills and an ability to understand and work through complex issues

  • A demonstrable ability to adopt a practical and commercial approach to legal issues

  • Ability to operate with a high level of self-sufficiency as well as an awareness of own abilities

  • A positive and flexible approach

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
