Manage construction schedules, procurement timelines, and production tracking.
Facilitate coordination meetings to maintain momentum and alignment.
Ensure that site plans and production visuals are up-to-date and accurately reflect progress.
Maintain full accountability for project budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking.
Monitor expenditures, mitigate overruns, and ensure profitability.
Deliver clear, timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead contract administration, including scope, procurement, and compliance.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforce project controls and make informed adjustments when needed.
