THE OPPORTUNITY: 

Exciting opportunity to join a growing asset management team of a specialised infrastructure and private equity investment manager. 

The ideal client will have expreience reporting on O&M performance as well as contract management and negotiation

THE ROLE: 

• Review monthly O&M reports - working closely to feedback technical or compliance issues with the senior team 
• Manage compliance with leases and relationship with landowners 
• Work closely with the asset management team in identifying and implementing solutions relating to O&M performance 
• Oversee record-keeping process and perform audits when necessary 

THE INDIVIDUAL: 

• Demonstrable working technical knowledge of Solar Assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or any relevant subject 
• At least five years' project management experience
