​The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside a leading global developer, service supplier, distributor, and solutions provider. They offer their customers a wide range of energy-related services and products. In addition to the direct marketing of decentralised renewable energy and CHP plants, they support plants with expiring EEG subsidies as well as the further expansion of renewable energy projects without subsidy mechanisms with power purchase agreements.

As an innovative company, they are constantly developing their product portfolio. With new topics such as the marketing of battery storage systems and electrolysers as well as the provision of citizen electricity, they are actively contributing to the energy transition.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will acquire new customers and support existing customers with a focus on direct marketing, power purchase agreements (PPA) and electricity sales.

• You observe the competition and create target group strategies.

• You implement strategically defined sales goals.

• You will actively support the new and further development of the company's product portfolio based on customer needs.

• You will be responsible for the interfaces to adjacent areas and process internal processes.

• You represent the company at conferences, Trade fairs and customer events.

Your Profile:

• You have in-depth experience in the energy industry in the areas of direct marketing and PPAs.

• You enjoy working independently as well as team oriented.

• You have good communication and negotiation skills.

• You have very good German and good English skills.

• A class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel.

• You have a university degree in energy economics, (industrial) engineering with a focus on energy economics or a comparable qualification.
