​Our client, a leading APAC Asset & Investment Manager, is growing their team in Singapore and looking to hire a Senior Associate.

With a portfolio across real estate, infrastructure and more recently renewable energy, this is a great opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and assist the team in the due diligence of potential infrastructure investment opportunities across Asia.

Your role:

• Build detailed financial models and run sensitivity analysis

• Support transaction execution, including due diligence and negotiation of acquisition of infrastructure assets

• Assist in preparation of IC memos for Investment Committee

• Assist in management of portfolio companies post acquisition

​

Your background:

• 3-5 years of relevant finance industry experience. Preference for prior infrastructure sector experience (buyside, project finance or M&A advisory) across Asia

• Solid analytical and communication skills

• Extensive skills in financial modelling, analysis and written communications
