​TGRC has partnered with a prominent renewable energy company, recognized for its global presence in developing, constructing, owning, and operating top-tier wind and solar generation, transmission, and energy storage facilities. Currently, our client is in search of a seasoned professional to fill the role of Intellectual Property Analysis Expert.   • This position open to review candidates open to relocate to Beijing or Shanghai ( or its neighbouring regions)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct information retrieval, collection, analysis, and interpretation, integrating business needs with intellectual property value assessment to provide intelligence guidance to business departments.

  • Analyze macro policies, regulatory dynamics, industry developments, market, and customer data. Write relevant analysis reports in conjunction with intellectual property.

  • Establish and maintain the company's intellectual property analysis library, setting up related information control and confidentiality mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with other company departments, conduct relevant research, interpret market analysis reports, and engage in other collaborative work. Provide rational solutions in conjunction with intellectual property.

  • Support intellectual property construction and operation information, participate in related patent layout, operation, licensing, invalidation, and other projects.

  • Regularly empower business departments, enhancing their ability in data mining and integrating intellectual property analysis.

  • Review agreements related to intellectual property, including cooperation agreements.

  • Engage with external organizations for insight analysis, valuation, and cooperation matters.

  • Handle day-to-day intellectual property analysis and consulting affairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree, Ph.D. preferred.

  • 6 or more years of work experience, with preference given to those with experience in strategic research, market analysis, or related consulting.

  • Familiar with electrochemistry, materials, and related technologies. Knowledgeable about the industry chain with excellent information gathering and analysis abilities, as well as strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Proficient in using various software, skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with a preference for those with data mining experience.

  • Strong English listening, speaking, and writing skills is preferred.
