Senior HVAC Engineer (Pharma) with ref.

Onoe of the most famous Engineering Companies is looking a senior HVAC Engineer role with rich experience in Pharma projects. Based in Shanghai.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To undertake technical investigations and studies.
To review Enquiry/Tender Documents related to the discipline and prepare technical proposal/tender package against Enquiry/Tender Documents & Requirements.
To review the sections of Contract related to the discipline and return comments and recommendations.
To prepare the discipline subcontract package for engineering to Design Institute (CDI).
To attend the Clarification Meeting with potential CDI.
To prepare project specifications and necessary control documentation related to the discipline.
To provide technical assistance for the Company business development, procurement and construction activities.
To review the subcontracts documentation.
To prepare proposals and support BD.
To act as a mentor for less experienced employees.
To write for specialist publications and present at conferences

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor (or above) of HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
HVAC Registration is a plus
>= 10 years HVAC design experience of pharmaceutical/semiconductor facilities/R&D complex (CD/BD/DD), construction support for various manufacturing facilities as well as other industrial plants
Good understanding of cGMP requirements
Experienced in engineering design
With experience on project invested by international company is preferred
Familiar with engineering tools
Good presentation skill for proposal and meeting with client
Familiar with GB and international engineering code and standards
Ensure quality of deliverable by other engineering teams such as CDI/EPCM
He/she will be responsible for making decision on technical issues with reach agreement project stakeholders
If the decision impacts the project objectives which is under responsibility of project engineer or project manager, approval shall be achieved from accountable person.
Willing to travel and work on project site is a must
Experience on construction management and CQV of Pharma HVAC systems is a plus
