In this exciting phase of expansion, we are in search of a Contracts and Compliance Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract. We can consider a full or part time employee and this is a hybrid working role based out of our HQ in London Waterloo. This pivotal role not only supports daily contracts, compliance and payroll operations but also connects our global efforts, making it perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Contractor Payroll & Finance:
Working closely with the finance team and overseeing EU and US contractor payroll ensuring timely payments
Ensuring POs and client financial information is correct
Adding and maintaining internal payroll processes
Escalation point for payroll queries
Compliance:
Overseeing EU and US contractor compliance
Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential compliance issues.
Escalation point for compliance queries, managing and resolving issues that may arise.
Identifying and assessing legal and compliance risks related to contracts and operations.
Weekly audit to sign off InTime placements
Contract Management:
Onboarding new clients and attending client meetings
1st point of contact for reviewing new TOB before legal sign off
Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
Providing guidance and support on contract-related matters.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in a contractor care and compliance role within a contract staffing business.
Strong background in contract management, contractor payroll and contract compliance
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
