About the Role

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning for large-scale EPC projects.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Extensive HR management experience within the EPC sector in China.

• Strong knowledge of Chinese labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in a large, complex organization.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multi-site workforce operations.

• Fluent English language skills (business level) are essential.
