Position Overview:

As a Senior Engineer specializing in geotechnical solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing projects related to leak sealing, ground stabilization, cementitious grouting, structural repairs, and deep ground stabilization. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·Project Management: Lead and manage geotechnical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

·Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge and expertise in leak sealing, ground stabilization, cementitious grouting, structural repairs, and deep ground stabilization to provide effective and innovative solutions.

·Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

·Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure overall satisfaction.

·Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the integrity and reliability of geotechnical solutions.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on leak sealing, ground stabilization, cementitious grouting, structural repairs, and deep ground stabilization.

·Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex geotechnical projects.

·Strong leadership and communication skills.
