The Role:

As the first in-house Finance professional, you will play a key role in shaping the financial landscape of the company. The role encompasses a broad range of finance tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in preparing project forecasts to support informed decision-making.

• Producing detailed Financial & Management Accounts to provide comprehensive insights into the company's financial health.

• Preparing detailed annual budgets to guide financial planning and resource allocation.

• Overseeing Audit, Treasury functions, and managing Invoices to ensure financial processes are efficient and compliant.

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to the core finance tasks, the role offers a unique opportunity for the individual to:

• Play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of a growing start-up, contributing to long-term financial success.

• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

The Individual:

We are seeking a fully-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or similar) or a chartered accountant (ACA) who possesses:

• Full professional qualification in accounting, showcasing a strong foundation in financial expertise.

• Furthermore, strong written and oral communication skills to convey financial insights and collaborate effectively.

• Lastly, comfort and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, contributing to the company's growth journey.
