Scope of the role:

• Manage a small team of financial accountants

• Regular performance reviews, meetings, and provision of coaching

• Provide detailed monthly reporting packs to the management team

• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements

• Liaise with various teams across a range of jurisdictions and currencies

Skills required:

• A practical, hands-on individual who can balance multiple projects across a large number of companies

• Excellent people manager who can support and motivate a team

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey information across all levels

Experience required

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 1+ year PQE

• Experience of management/financial accounting in a demanding environment

• Language skills are desirable (particularly European languages)

• Experience within Renewable Energy (desirable)
