Our Client a leading Investment Manager are looking for a Senior finance manager, who will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of the renewable energy special purpose vehicles.

Finance

• Review of monthly finance reports for SPVs
• Monitoring of budgets and preparation of analytical reports to the internal asset management function
• Preparation of the annual budgets for the SPVs
• Review and completion of SPV statutory accounts & management of audit process
• Review SPV VAT returns and ensure full compliance with VAT regulations
• Facilitate the relationships with SPV administrators and other service providers.
• Monitoring of SPV cash balances and review of payment instructions
• Assisting in the process for corporation tax compliance for SPVs
• Liaising with the operations team on ad-hoc projects

Essential Skill sets

• Good degree
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Very strong Excel skills
• Strong IT systems skills – particularly Excel
• Pro-active attitude and ability to work autonomously and within a small team
• Experience in financial modelling
