Our client a leading Renewable Company with a global presence are looking for a senior corporate finance and treasury professional to join the team.

The Role:

• Negotiating and achieve closing of Credit Facilities with Banks and Investors.
• Management of existing national and international Bank and third Party Credit Facilities
• Sureties/Guaranties desired
• FX Management desired
• Implementation of Cash Management Tools (Cash Pooling) desired
• Diverse set of tasks within a small Corporate Finance and Treasury Team in a vibrating and strong growing business environment

Qualifications

• Academic Degree
• Experience in Corporate or Structured Finance
• Experience within Renewables / Infrastructure
• 3-5 years of experience
• Good negotiation skills and confidence required

Fluent in English and German
