The Green Recruitment Company are working with a well-regarded, award winning, technical energy consultancy in the identification of a new Senior Consulting Engineer. The vacancy is a new opening and subsequent to being successful a number of recently won tenders for large-scale building services & energy efficiency projects. 

Required skills based on projects associated with the role 

• Sub-metering and data extraction strategy review and advice;
• M&E, HVAC & BMS Controls Technical engineering / electrical surveys general;
• HVAC Plant performance reviews and surveys;
• M&E Plant maintenance and performance reviews / audits;
• HVAC Planned maintenance formation, specifications and tendering;
• Building Asset Surveys (general);
• HVAC / M&E Plant condition reviews, lifecycle and preparation of capital expenditure forecasts;
• Compliance reviews and audits;
• Energy Audits and Surveys;
• The production of reports and technical papers.
• Project Management for small M&E & Energy Conservation Measures projects
• Contract management & Delivery where assigned on behalf of Key Account Managers

Required Attributes 

• Electrically biased, building services related experience;
• Minimum of a technical education certificate to a National Certificate level three or equivalent in a relevant subject;
• Solid mathematical skills – evidenced in a working environment;
• Worked within a relevant building services, energy management or associated maintenance sector for a minimum of three years;
• Experience of delivering Building Engineering Services / Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) surveys / asset surveys;
• Full driving license
