As part of their ongoing success, our client is searching for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to play a significant role in their mission to achieve Net-Zero & cut client’s costs – maintaining & maximising relationships with the businesses’ biggest clients as well as managing a growing support team.
This Individual will be reporting directly to the COO and joining a thriving London office. They will bring significant account management, business development (upselling/cross-selling), & team management experience surrounding software products - in cleantech, renewable energy, or heat markets.
Account Managing major clients (housing development, councils, energy services etc.), ensuring exceptional client service.
Conducting business development through upselling, cross-selling, & identifying opportunities through thorough client management.
Line managing an initial team of 2, who cover client & ticketing support.
Lead client onboarding processes, finalise contracts, & support the COO on negotiations.
Demonstrate how to maximise the product suite’s value with the support of product & sales teams.
Liaise with the product & dev team on client feedback to improve products.
Act as a product ambassador, displaying a full knowledge of the SaaS suite.
4+ Years’ working experience in Account Management, Client Services, & Business Development roles – surrounding SaaS products.
3+ Years’ experience in Renewable Energy / Cleantech / Climate-Tech markets.
Proven ability to manage & grow a small team.
Ability to work cross-functionally with development, product, and commercial teams.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with an ability to maintain strong relations with clients.
Skilled in listening to clients & understanding their needs – providing solutions through cross-selling, upselling, & product improvements.
Proven self-starter and problem solver, with the ability to manage a busy desk.
Thrives in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments.
Understanding of IoT & Data products.
