Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy aimed at expanding the company’s presence and customer base in the US market.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the US renewable energy sector.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a sales team, instilling a high-performance culture driven by objectives and targets.

  • Reporting: Regular reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to the higher management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, specifically in the renewable energy sector or a similar industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
