Job Title: Sales Director, Australia Market
Location: Shanghai, China (with international travel)
Our client, a leading renewable energy manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in the Australian market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Australian energy market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share in Australia
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Australian market
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
Manage sales budgets and measure ROI
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in sales and business development in the Australian market
Excellent leadership and management skills
Deep understanding of the Australian energy market and regulatory environment
Ability to travel internationally as needed
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
