Location: Shanghai, China (with international travel)

Our client, a leading renewable energy manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in the Australian market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Australian energy market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share in Australia

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Australian market

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns

• Manage sales budgets and measure ROI

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record in sales and business development in the Australian market

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Deep understanding of the Australian energy market and regulatory environment

• Ability to travel internationally as needed

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
