The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside a leading climate-tech platform enabling businesses to quickly, easily and cost-effectively source clean energy directly from wind and solar farms.

They use data and advanced analytics to perfectly match business’s objectives with a network of renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe; streamlining the power purchase agreement (PPA) process while providing market intelligence, data and financial information on each project.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing early sales pipeline, a crucial part of the sales process
  • Prospecting new leads using outbound sales methods (Email/LinkedIn but no cold calling)
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Set up and attend tech demo/meetings with your B&G Managers
  • Manage inbound enquiries and assign to relevant departments
  • Work closely with marketing and other teams to deliver successful lead generation campaigns
  • Develop creative new ways to engage businesses and generate new leads to deliver growth
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Business & Growth Managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

 

The Individual:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 years minimum experience in B2B sales preferred but not essential
  • Outgoing and self-starter
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building relationships
  • Interest in sustainability and technology preferred but not essential
  • Well presented & commercial mindset
