Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of a Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Beijing.
The role will require you to individually network with both clients and professionals within the Renewable Energy space across APAC.
Key responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates for clients, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit
Developing business relationships with clients and advising on hiring solutions
Managing the placement process and recruitment process from start to finish
Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining professional relationships with existing clients
Reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating candidate shortlists
Briefing candidates on the role and pay rates
Preparing candidates for interview
Providing feedback to candidates & clients following interviews
Discussing client job offers
Negotiating rates and finalising arrangements for placements
What are we looking for:
Minimum of 6-12 months experience in recruitment either in an agency or onsite
Ability to conduct business in English language
Ability to manage own time effectively
Articulate communicator
Proficient English language skills
A confident and positive attitude
The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
