Job description
TGRC is pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy investment firm in their search for a Real Estate Paralegal to support high-volume land acquisitions and related legal matters. This role involves drafting and reviewing real estate documents, coordinating due diligence and closings, and assisting with corporate structuring across a national portfolio of renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage real estate documents (e.g., deeds, leases, easements, SNDAs).
Coordinate due diligence, title/survey review, and closings with internal teams and external counsel.
Resolve title and curative issues; maintain organized records.
Support corporate governance and post-closing tasks.
Provide general legal support across a national asset portfolio.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with real property transactions.
Experience in renewable energy, REITs, or infrastructure preferred.
Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
Skills:
Strong understanding of title, survey, and contract documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; experience with legal or contract management systems a plus.
