Job description

​TGRC is pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy investment firm in their search for a Real Estate Paralegal to support high-volume land acquisitions and related legal matters. This role involves drafting and reviewing real estate documents, coordinating due diligence and closings, and assisting with corporate structuring across a national portfolio of renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage real estate documents (e.g., deeds, leases, easements, SNDAs).

  • Coordinate due diligence, title/survey review, and closings with internal teams and external counsel.

  • Resolve title and curative issues; maintain organized records.

  • Support corporate governance and post-closing tasks.

  • Provide general legal support across a national asset portfolio.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience with real property transactions.

  • Experience in renewable energy, REITs, or infrastructure preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of title, survey, and contract documentation.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; experience with legal or contract management systems a plus.
