Job Title: Quality and Sustainability Manager

Location: London

Salary: Competitive DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing operational team at one of the UK's leading independent providers of sustainable energy supply and solutions to large-scale businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, implement, and sustain a Quality Management framework aligned with industry standards including ISO45001/ISO14001

  • Devise and lead the company wide approach to sustainability and ESG initiatives

  • Proactively lead and drive the formation and delivery of a Quality and Sustainability roadmap

  • Regulate, control, and improve the quality processes throughout the business including compliance with the annual Ecovadis sustainability assessment and Ara ESG reporting

  • Lead and initiate quality related improvement initiatives across the group

  • Ensure compliance with QMS (ISO45001/ISO14001) and other external accreditations

  • Proactively lead the Ecovardis application and assessment process and drive initiatives to ultimately achieve Gold status accreditation

  • Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met

  • Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS and ensure actions are initiated to address any area of non-compliance

  • Develop company metrics that align with reporting requirements of investors

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance

  • Challenge systems and processes to ensure best practice and continuous improvement

  • Identify and implement appropriate quality-related training to equip the business with relevant skills to drive quality and sustainability across the group

Your Profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g. ISO45001/ISO14001 certification

  • Experience of implementing innovative and best practice Quality and ESG techniques and standards

  • Evidence of initiating and leading sustainability/ESG programmes

  • Excellent communication and influencing, skills and ability to work with the rigors of a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Demonstrable experience in similar roles with tangible delivery

  • Energy or utilities experience preferred, but not essential
