​Job Title: QA/QC Manager - Onshore Wind (Freelance)

Pay Rate: $65-$80 per hour

Our client, a leading renewable energy company based in the US, is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects of their onshore wind projects. This is a freelance position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance with relevant quality standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement site-specific quality plans and procedures.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• Ensure that all contractors and suppliers comply with quality regulations and company policies.

• Conduct quality training for site personnel, contractors, and suppliers.

• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and training.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the onshore wind industry, with at least 3 years' experience as a QA/QC Manager.

• Strong knowledge of relevant quality regulations and industry best practices.

• Experience developing and implementing site-specific quality plans and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• A degree or certification in quality or a related field.
