Job Title: Project Manager – Photovoltaic Projects Implementation
Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)
TGRC has a new role as a Project Manager, taking a lead role in the successful implementation of photovoltaic projects in Germany. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing projects ranging from 10 to 100 MW, with the inaugural 50 MW project set for construction in 2024/2025.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of photovoltaic projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Oversee the construction process, coordinating various stakeholders for timely and successful project delivery.
Budget and Resource Management:
Furthermore, manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain cost control.
Regulatory Compliance:
Additionally, ensure projects adhere to German regulatory requirements for photovoltaic installations.
Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.
Contract Management:
Furthermore, negotiate and manage contracts with EPC contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and quality standards.
Timeline Management:
Develop and maintain project timelines, coordinating activities to meet construction deadlines.
Additionally, implement effective project scheduling strategies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
Quality Assurance and Health & Safety:
Implement robust quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards in project execution.
In addition, prioritize and enforce health and safety practices to create a secure working environment.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Furthermore, provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, specifically in the implementation of photovoltaic projects.
Familiarity with the German regulatory landscape for renewable energy projects, including permitting processes.
Demonstrated success in managing projects ranging from 10 to 100 MW, with a focus on on-time and within-budget delivery.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, particularly in dealings with EPC contractors and suppliers.
