• Managing and coordinating M&A projects in the Renewable Energy Sector

• Leading cross-functional project teams

• Contributing to significant corporate group initiatives (including strategy and corporate development)

• Actively participating in the formulation and updates

• Offering assistance in defining portfolio strategies

The Individual:

1. A university degree in a relevant field, with a track record of outstanding academic achievements.

2. Initial experience in M&A, preferably in corporate, investment banking, or advisory roles.

3. A strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic mindset, capable of concurrently considering various variables.

4. Business Proficient English and German.
