Position: Project Manager

Location: Multiple locations in the United States

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Hourly Rate: $40 per hour

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering hydrogen production projects for our esteemed client. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, meeting timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. By contributing to the expansion of clean energy, you will actively drive the transition to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of hydrogen production projects, from initiation to completion.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineering, operations, procurement, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

  • Oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timely reporting.

  • Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project handover and knowledge transfer to operations teams.

  • Encourage continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the energy or engineering industry.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Familiarity with hydrogen production technologies or the clean energy sector is desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Flexibility to travel to multiple locations within the United States, as required.
