The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Project Manager to

Assume overall responsibility for all assigned projects , coordinate the activities of the assigned project team including all changes of scope for ongoing projects related to battery energy storage

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and control project risks to minimize exposure while meeting client needs.

• Accountable for revenue recognition, timely and accurate invoicing, and eliminating disputes/past dues.

• Report progress on projects to all project stakeholders, internal and external.

• Oversee interaction with key suppliers and the ordering of materials for the project.

• Continuously review and improve project management group processes and procedures in order to improve quality, cost, effectiveness, and work efficiency.

• Project Management with specific follow-up on :

- Quality (Project with the Project quality requirements)

- Cost control

- On-time delivery

- Project management process (as regards to customers or internal rules)

• Managing team (people) activities in the Engineering , Procurement , Manufacturing installation & Commissioning

• Professional knowledge of EPC project delivery methods including understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement ) with good knowledge of Energy Storage or substations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.

• Leadership skills, ability to direct/coordinate group activities by giving clear, precise directions. Proven personnel management skills.

• Specific Knowledge: Project and Risk Management - Proven Project Management skills

• Business: Energy / Power Generation
