Job description
The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed energy management outsourcing company that is committed to reducing global carbon emissions across the United States. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as Pilot Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages and continues to enhance existing comprehensive workflow for conception to testing deployment for Electrical and Mechanical Technology Pilot Projects
Supervises Pilot workflow and holds key stake holders accountable for the success of Pilot projects of varying size and complexity.
Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors.
Administers and documents issues that arise during the deployment of pilot projects.
Oversees and tracks changes to a pilot project scope, pilot project deployment schedule and pilot project costs throughout project.
Manages key stakeholders to produce clear project cost quotes & installation quotes.
Effectively manages each unique pilot project to be able to hand off a *Process* to all company stakeholders for an approved deployment.
Is aware of all customer escalation for a Pilot Project and makes sure issues are addressed swiftly by appropriate stakeholders.
Possible travel required to support knowledge building on specific Pilot Installs at customer sites.

Broad understanding of project management and operational policies, procedures, and practices
Must possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s Degree in Business, Economics, or other related field of study or equivalent experience.
Project Management Certification and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification preferred but not required.
Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with complex inter-dependencies.
Experience/understanding of HVAC and Refrigeration
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
Extensive organizational and time-management skills to be able to meet aggressive deadlines.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
True ability to be agile and grow with the company as projects and priorities evolve.
