​Title: Project Finance Manager/Sr. Manager

The Green Recruitment Company is pleased to announce we have partnered with one of our key clients, a fast-growing and innovative battery-storage IPPs based in Houston, to support on their search for a Manager/Sr. Manager – Project Finance. With an 8,000+ MW development portfolio across 15+ states, this is a fantastic time to join a quickly emerging leader in the renewables space. The ideal candidate will utilize their existing expertise in the energy sector to influence the firm’s capital-raising strategy and future direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, maintain, and analyze financial models for company’s project pipeline, including greenfield projects, assets under construction, and M&A opportunities.

• Evaluation of preferred financing solutions at the asset, portfolio, and corporate levels (senior-secured debt, HoldCo debt, tax equity).

• Prepare presentations for both external and internal review (investment committee memos, financing strategy updates, project financial summaries, etc.), and support communication with investors and 3rd parties.

• Collaborate with internal departments to manage diligence requirements for external counterparties throughout the project lifecycle.

• Mentor and develop junior team members.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering, or related disciplines (MBA preferred but not required).

• 4+ years’ work experience in project finance – experience working with a renewable developer/IPP/investor required.

• Experience with tax equity financing structures is strongly preferred.
