​Job Title: Project Finance Manager

Location: United States (Remote)

The Green Recruitment Company is working with a market leader in vehicle electrification (EV) to support their search for a Project Finance Manager. As the Project Finance Manager, you will support the Project Finance team to source, negotiate, and execute structured financings. This is a REMOTE position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead various aspects of project financing, including due diligence, and term sheet/transaction negotiation.

• Furthermore, support and lead marketing of project capital structure to outside parties.

• Lead financial modelling for EV fleet projects, including project revenue source bidding and structuring.

• Macroeconomic analysis, including impacts of tax law change, interest rate environments, and broader sector trends

• Other responsibilities include supporting revenue contract negotiation, grant applications, design and equipment evaluation, and corporate FP&A.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ~5 years in Renewables/Power & Utilities, Finance, or Capital Markets, with an emphasis on leading, structuring and closing deals

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, including experience with project financial modeling

• In addition, experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders on tight timelines

• Lastly, the ability to present complex information succinctly and efficiently to audiences internal and external, including financing counterparties
