I'm currently partnering with a global integrated renewables developer that specialises in the development, financing, EPC, O&M as well as asset management of solar power plants. With European origins my client has a portfolio that surpasses 1GWp worldwide and conducts business with over 50 countries globally.

They're currently seeking a Project Development Manager in Singapore who shall manage the development and execution of large-scale solar PV projects in APAC and help maximise their potential across the region.

Your role:

• Management of projects and project team (control of internal and external stakeholders) from project origination until commissioning stage.
• Project preparation including management of documentation, due diligence process, coordination of multi-functional project team and communication with external stakeholders.
• Coordination of all aspects of project development to attain construction readiness of the PV Plants, including land securing, technical studies, permitting processes, grid connection application, tenders and project financing
• Support the local development teams and project partners on the evaluation and origination of new projects

Your profile:

• Ideally 5+ years of professional experience, in development or management of energy or infrastructure projects.
• Project financing or EPC experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, able to deal with business owners, regulatory bodies & financial institutions.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
