Your job as a project developer: in Onshore Wind

You will be responsible for a portfolio of wind projects that are implemented by our client independently or in cooperation with regional and national project developers. You initiate and control projects, you are responsible for the integration of new projects into the business, drive wind power projects forward cost-effectively, safely and on time from the feasibility analysis to the construction phase in order to achieve defined corporate goals.

Your area of responsibility as a project developer: in Onshore Wind

• Independent project responsibility for greenfield projects in the target regions

• Representation towards authorities, landowners, municipalities and interested fellow citizens

• Active control of project partners and internal experts from securing the area to the final investment decision

• Deliver projects on time, quality and on budget

• Contribute to fostering a safety conscious, energetic, motivated organization and a culture characterized by creativity, integrity and entrepreneurship

Person Specification

• Project management and teamwork have been part of your everyday work for several years and you proactively bring your own ideas and know-how to the team

• You are characterized by high customer orientation and empathy as well as a confident demeanor and very good communication and negotiation skills

• You also represent your passion for renewable energies to critics

• Both German and English are not a problem for you, either in speaking or in writing

• Experienced handling of the MS Office package (ideally also ArcGIS, WindPro and AutoCAD)
