Our Clients

Our clients is a world leader in the global energy market. They are looking for the Program Manager of China Innovation Eco-system, to co-develop on the innovated solutions for renewable energy, smart solutions for industries, cities, and green mobilities, etc.

The Responsibilities of the Role

  • Operate and maintain online innovation platform (including enterprise innovation WeChat account);

  • Keep to date with latest industrial innovation focus, as well as creative solutions as options for China team;

  • Support team leader and cross function teams to identify potential requests and seek for innovative solutions. Besides collect potential solutions from external parties, facilitate solution scouting and potential incubation and cooperation;

  • Lead and deploy group innovation initiatives, for example, Innovation Trophies, Innovation Day, Call for Projects, etc., to promote and enhance the culture of innovation in China.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • At least 3–5 years’ working experience on relevant topics, for example, innovation programs with corporates or innovation networks, agencies, etc.;  

  • Good understanding of innovation network in China, relevant players and their corresponding positioning in the value chain;

  • Good understanding of new product and technology development process, for example, from concept, proof of concepts, minimum viable products, V&V, scale up, commercialization, multiple generation products plan, etc.;

  • Passionate about new technologies and solutions, quick learner, critical thinking, with basic business acumen, good analytical, project management, and writing skills;

  • High level of personal enthusiasm and self-motivation, comfortable to take new initiatives, explore and establish cooperation, partnerships, etc.;

  • Good communication skills and inter-personal skills, comfortable to work with people at various levels or with various backgrounds, internally and externally;

  • Should be able to travel as required (less than 50%, most domestic;

  • Good English written as well as verbal communication skills.
