​We’re partnered with a leading developer who are seeking a Program Manager/Director to oversee the end-to-end development of multiple data center projects across the US.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects balancing site evaluation, permitting, design coordination, utility integration. You will be critical in driving projects from initial concept through to operation.

Some Duties include:

• Manage and coordinate all phases of data center development, from site selection through construction and commissioning.

• Navigate permitting processes and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and utility providers.

• Maintain schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects

• Negotiate energy supply.
