Position: Product Manager for Overseas Markets

Location: Hefei, China

Salary: Competitive Salary & Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Design and execute product strategies that resonate with international market dynamics and customer preferences.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with various departments including sales, R&D, and production to ensure product alignment with market demands.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product developments.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and feedback, and integrate this information into product development.

• Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to ensure product superiority and market lead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree will be a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to international markets.

• Proven track record in managing products from concept to launch successfully.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.

• Experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sector will be a distinct advantage.
