Position: Product Manager for Overseas Markets
Location: Hefei, China
Salary: Competitive Salary & Bonus
Product Strategy: Design and execute product strategies that resonate with international market dynamics and customer preferences.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with various departments including sales, R&D, and production to ensure product alignment with market demands.
Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product developments.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and feedback, and integrate this information into product development.
Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to ensure product superiority and market lead.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree will be a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to international markets.
Proven track record in managing products from concept to launch successfully.
Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
Experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sector will be a distinct advantage.
Innovative Thinker: Demonstrated ability to innovate and think strategically about product developments.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and market trends to inform product strategies.
Collaborative: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams.
