Position Overview: As a Process Engineer, you will take a leading role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes for renewable energy components, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for renewable energy components, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities and reduce waste.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.

• Lead process validation efforts and document procedures, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Implement and promote safety and environmental compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in process engineering within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on renewable energy components or related fields.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and improve complex processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
