Job title: Principal Recruitment Consultant
Location: Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (Hybrid)
TGRC is looking to expand their team with a Principal Recruitment Consultant to network with both clients and mid to senior-level professionals within the Renewable Energy space across Europe.

Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing mid to senior-level candidates for clients, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit
In addition, developing business relationships with clients, hiring managers and C-suite decision makers.
Advising on clients’ hiring strategies based on knowledge of the recruitment market and the industry
Furthermore, discussing client’s recruitment needs and pitching TGRC as a professional business partner
Producing market reports, salary surveys and other industry data for clients within the renewable energy industry
Managing the placement process and recruitment process from start to finish (full 360 focus) for mid to senior-level candidates
Attending conferences and industry events to win new business and to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and the renewable energy industry.
Experience required:
Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in agency recruitment
Extensive experience in building and retaining a client portfolio and winning new business
Professional approach and the ability and set examples for junior team members
Ability to manage own time effectively
Furthermore, articulate communicator
Moreover, a confident and positive attitude
Lastly, the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
