Be first sparring partner for our PPA Originators to help with PPA structures and offers in Germany and other European markets
Build up an understanding of and track relevant regulatory changes on route-to-market options, market design topics, and general legal frames to derive their impact on the project pipeline
Lead and steer structuring and negotiation of energy related commercial agreements (as well as accompanying contracts) with all types of risk-taking counterparties, e.g. utilities or corporates, as well as service providers across Europe
Collaborate with internal finance and development teams to be up to date on the status of the project pipeline in each country and align on electricity (+ all other revenue streams) sales strategy
Be the bridge between the PPA department and internal legal team as well as external legal support to ensure all contractual aspects are optimised from the company's point of view and compliant with industry and legal standards.
The Person
Relevant work experience in a commercial or contract management role in the energy industry
Understanding of the European power market framework and German power market
Track-record of successfully closed contracts (power supply, standard power, GOs, PPAs)

Passionate about renewable energies and storage
Self-driven, solution oriented and hands-on mentality
