The Opportunity 

TGRC are representing a leading provider of operations and maintenance for commercial and utility-scale solar energy installations in the United States. The manager will be responsible for the O&M of a large commercial portfolio of assets.

The Role

• Managing O&M contracts & budgets, field service personnel and 3rd party maintenance providers
• Optimizing system performance
• Maintenance planning and scheduling as well as deployment of resources for corrective maintenance.
• Reporting & analysis as well as required regulatory documentation
• Providing higher-level technical problem solving
• Warranty management
• Supplier and equipment management
• Field team coordination - preventaive and reactive

The Person 

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing the servicing and operation of commercial solar photovoltaic assets, managing and scheduling field personnel as well as the administration of O&M contracts. 
• An engineering degree and NABCEP certification is a plus.
