​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with one of our key clients, a solar + battery storage developer with a significant pipeline of projects here in the US, to support their search for a Portfolio Finance Manager to join their team. The candidate will work closely with the Capital Markets team to support financing activities for their portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Leading financing activities (debt term conversions, tax equity fundings, refinancing, tax equity partnership buyouts, asset divestitures)

• Managing transaction due diligence at fundings.

• Working with consultants, internal and external counsel, technical, and internal teams.

• Reviewing changes to transaction and project documentation.

• Managing financial tracking models and supporting modelling requests for projects in construction and operations.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience with a focus on project finance

• Tax equity transaction experience highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the renewable energy sector

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
