Portfolio Executive

Location: London

Salary: 40K

 

A leading renewable energy company has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious portfolio executive to join the team and be responsible for supporting the successful management of the portfolio including ensuring contractors are complying with contracts, all scheduled maintenance activities are undertaken and that portfolio management systems are complete and accurate. You will work closely with the Portfolio Director and Portfolio Manager and support them in their day-to-day activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of KPI variance analysis and proactive identification of issues affecting performance issues,
  • Optimizing generation and returns across the solar portfolio
  • Onboarding new acquisitions into IT systems and asset management processes, including data collection and document organisation.
  • Identifying, managing, and resolving non- or low-level technical incidents.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate record keeping, satisfactory completion of contract milestones.
  • Support in the management of O&M contracts across the portfolio, by ensuring contractual compliance, measuring contractor performance, supporting tender processes and management of an effective and timely liquidated damages process. Acting as first point of contact with the O&M providers and monitoring and managing O&M performance.
  • Providing support to the wider team and generally supporting team objectives, including office administration.
  • Manage insurance policies and claims across the portfolio. Manage annual tender process ensuring adequate coverage and competitive pricing.
  • Support investment team where necessary in general insurance queries and support in placing cover for new acquisitions.
  • Provide legal support to INFRAM workstreams.

 

 

The person:

  • A proactive and driven individual balanced with an enthusiastic and positive energy is a must.
  • 2-3 relevant experience in renewable energy, contracts insurance, supply, PPA & HSE.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to present technical solutions clearly.
  • Goal orientated, with strong negotiation skills necessary to achieve results.
  • Outstanding project management and organisational characteristics.
  • Immaculate attention to detail; ability to switch fluidly between the big picture and detail.
  • Excellent English language skills.
