Our Client a leading Renewables Asset Manager is looking for a Portfolio Associate for a 12 Month FTC. This role is a fantastic step into a leading organisation in the Renewables Space.

Duties:

• Managing the expiry and renewal of Power Purchase Agreements across our portfolio. This involves tracking all expiry dates to ensure no deadlines are missed
• Managing the expiry and renewal of all insurance policies across the portfolio
• Ensuring all new contracts are updated and saved on our asset management platform
• Managing insurance claims
• Drafting legal letters and agreements (O&M agreements, settlement agreements etc.)
• Creating monthly reports
