Key Responsibilities For The Role

• Supporting the Private & Alternative Assets investment teams with investment and fund/product related queries
• Working with other areas of the business (e.g. product, operations) and central support functions such as legal, compliance, and risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Qualified to LLB or equivalent
• Previous experience working in-house in financial services, specifically, private credit desirable
• Good working knowledge and understanding of company law and corporate governance matters
• Organizational skills – tracking the progress of matters; providing reporting and MI to investment teams
• Transactional experience (specifically, credit investments)
• Legal research and drafting skills
• Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
