About the Role
TGRC is seeking a skilled and experienced Package Manager for offshore wind electrical packages. This 18-month contract position, based in Lithuania, provides an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the electrical packages of an offshore wind project, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of electrical packages for the offshore wind project, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets specific to electrical packages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of electrical packages.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical package delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in offshore wind or onshore wind projects, specifically related to electrical packages.
Desired Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
