​Package Manager (Electrical) | Offshore Wind Energy | Le Havre

TGRC Recruitment is excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic professional to make a significant impact in the offshore wind energy sector. We are looking for an experienced Package Manager to lead electrical engineering projects in Le Havre. This role is a 12-month contract offering a competitive day rate.

Position Overview

As the Package Manager, you will oversee the management and execution of electrical engineering packages within the offshore wind industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with demonstrated capabilities in handling complex projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to ensure all electrical components of our offshore wind projects are designed, procured, and executed effectively, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering packages for offshore wind projects.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including design, procurement, and construction to meet project milestones.

  • Manage project risks by identifying, assessing, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards related to offshore wind energy.

  • Control budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.

  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of direct experience in the wind energy sector, specifically in electrical engineering for offshore wind projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven project management skills, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Location

This position is based in Le Havre, offering a great opportunity to work in a key location for offshore wind development in Europe.

Compensation

The selected candidate will be offered a competitive day rate of €700.

Contract Duration

This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
