Role Briefing:

We are on the lookout for a distinguished Owners Representative specialized in Solar & BESS to competently represent our esteemed client's interests. This role demands a candidate who can liaise effectively between project participants, ensuring that solar and battery energy storage system projects are executed with finesse.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the focal point of communication, ensuring projects are in alignment with the set specifications, quality benchmarks, and timelines.

• Supervise daily project undertakings, ensuring coherent coordination among contractors, suppliers, and related stakeholders.

• Guarantee consistent adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Scrutinize and endorse project documentation, ensuring compatibility with project aims and client specifications.

• Offer consistent progress reviews, identifying potential setbacks and proposing viable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Solar & BESS projects, preferably in an Owners Representative role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of solar and battery energy storage methodologies, prevailing market trends, and the regulatory milieu.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• An established record of autonomous work ethic, overseeing projects, and ensuring their proficient completion.
