Owners Representative - Offshore Wind Projects
Location: Tainai, Japan
The Green Recruitment Company is pleased to collaborate with a prominent Renewable Energy Owner/Operator, offering a remarkable opportunity for an Owners Representative with a focus on Offshore Wind Projects. This role, based in the scenic and vibrant Tainai, Japan, is an integral position, ensuring renewable energy projects are executed seamlessly, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Contract Duration: 18 months
Day Rate: USD $400-$600
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the owner and the project team, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Facilitate clear and effective communication and coordination between the project team and the owner, supporting informed and aligned decision-making.
Oversee project progression, identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring milestones are achieved, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Engage with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, to assure smooth and compliant project execution.
Ensure rigorous adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies throughout the project.
Regularly provide clear and comprehensive project updates and reports to the owner, maintaining transparency and alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Substantial experience in a representative or similar role, ideally within Offshore Wind projects.
Profound understanding of project management, capable of overseeing complex offshore wind projects from conception to completion.
Robust leadership and communication skills, able to manage diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective coordination.
In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to offshore wind projects.
An engineering or related technical background is highly desirable.
