Owner's Representative

Location: New Mexico, USA

Contract Length: 12 months

Hourly Rate: $80

We are currently seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative to oversee projects in New Mexico. Role Overview: As the Owner’s Representative, you will act as the crucial intermediary between the project owner and all project stakeholders, ensuring that all project goals are met with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to budgets and schedules. Your strategic oversight will be vital in navigating the project through its lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring all activities conform to contractual obligations and project specifications.

  • Facilitate communication across all levels of the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards objectives.

  • Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Identify, address, and resolve issues promptly to minimize impacts on the project timeline and costs.

  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure all site activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Provide comprehensive reports and regular updates to the project owner and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an Owner’s Representative role, particularly within the solar PV and energy storage sectors.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of maintaining project schedules and budgets.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction management, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
