Our client, a leading Chinese renewable energy Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company operating in Uzbekistan, is seeking a talented and dynamic Operations Manager to join their team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to commissioning and handover.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and project personnel.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows to optimize project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation measures.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.

• Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and schedules to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience (5 years) in operations management within the renewable energy industry, preferably in an EPC environment.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Willingness to be based in Uzbekistan and travel as required.
