​Job Title: Operations Manager - Beijing Office

Location: Beijing, China

Our client, a leading renewable energy EPC, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in the Beijing office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations for large-scale renewable energy projects, and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Beijing office, including project management, procurement, logistics, and HR.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff.

  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, engineering, and finance, to ensure that all projects are aligned with company goals.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Monitor and analyze project performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale projects.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
