Job Title: Operations Manager - Beijing Office
Location: Beijing, China

Our client, a leading renewable energy EPC, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in the Beijing office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations for large-scale renewable energy projects, and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Beijing office, including project management, procurement, logistics, and HR.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant regulations and standards.
Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, engineering, and finance, to ensure that all projects are aligned with company goals.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor and analyze project performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
